Introduction to S-Corporations and form 1120S. 

This is an entry level & basic overview for those who have never done corporate returns before and will teach you the foundations of the structure, understanding the return itself, and requirements to elect S-Corps. 

Prerequisites: You should have a general understanding of business entities for best results and at least filing schedule c's for 2-3 years independently. 

We will NOT go over preparing the actual return, this will be done in Introduction to S-Corporations 102.
