Live Course Policy

Last Updated: December 10, 2025.

This Live Course Policy explains the terms and conditions for enrolling in any live class, workshop, or training hosted by RavinTaughtMe. By purchasing and participating in a class, you agree to the following:

Access & Licensing Policy: All classes and digital materials(if any are included) are sold under one of two licensing types: Individual Access or Team Access.

  • Individual Access grants permission for one person (the purchaser) to attend, participate in, and/or view the class replay. Access is non-transferable and may not be shared, distributed, or used by additional parties under any circumstances.

  • Team Access grants permission for the purchaser to share the designated registration link with their team members or preparers within their organization, in accordance with the number of participants covered by the purchase.

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct access type before completing payment. If an Individual Access purchaser knowingly shares, distributes, or allows team members or other individuals to attend using their personal registration link or replay, it will constitute an unauthorized use and violation of the licensing terms. Such violations are subject to a $500 penalty fee per occurrence, in addition to the current retail price of the class at the time of purchase. Failure to remit payment within 72 hours will result in legal action and permanent removal from all future training opportunities.

Replay Policy: If a replay is available, it will be sent within 24–48 hours after the class ends to the same email address where you received this message. Kindly please refrain from sending a dm, commenting on public forums, or emailing asking for it before then it slows down our queue of emails. IIf the course description indicates that no replay will be provided, then none will be available under any circumstance. This is always stated in the course description before purchase.

Team Training Policy: If this is a team training, it is your responsibility to share the registration link (not the post-registration confirmation link) with your team members. We do not use any  of your teams emails for marketing, so your team will not be added to any marketing lists. It is strictly for sending out the zoom access link.

Starting December 15, we will require a unique email per login. If your team cannot access the class because of this or because you shared the wrong link, no refunds will be issued.

Please set the expectation for your team that this is not a private training exclusive to your team. They should keep questions focused on the topic being taught. We reserve the right to delete comments, and not answer any questions that are about your contracts, pricing, or office policies. Anyone who breaks these rules repeatedly may be removed without refund to maintain a safe and professional learning space. Please set that expectation early on.

Zoom Etiquette & Conduct Policy: To maintain a safe, neutral environment conducive to learning and professional development, the following guidelines must be observed:

  • All microphones must remain muted unless otherwise instructed

  • Cameras should be used responsibly and appropriately

  • Disruptive or non acceptable behavior from you or any member of your team will result in immediate removal from the session without refund, and reentry will not be permitted.

  • The solicitation, posting, or promotion of links, products, or services is strictly prohibited

  • No upselling, marketing, or promotional activity of any kind is allowed during team training sessions.

We reserve the right to remove anyone causing disruptions repeatedly at our discretion. Once they have been removed, they cannot rejoin that specific training.

Technical & Refund Policy: This class has open entry (no waiting room).
There will be no refunds for user errors such as:

  • Wrong or misspelled email addresses

  • Full inboxes that don’t allow for the email to come through normally (most common with iCloud)

  • Links not received because of email issues on your end

Customer service requests for these sorts of issues should be done no later than 30 min before class. After that timeframe, links and/or troubleshooting will not be resent/done. Please troubleshoot ahead of time and purchase early to avoid this happening. There are NO refunds due to this sort of user error.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to reschedule a Zoom session up to 15 minutes before class starts, for a maximum of two times. If it cannot occur after the third attempt, the class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any class due to low enrollment, scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, instructor inability to effectively teach or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the quality or feasibility of the session. In the event of such a cancellation initiated by our organization, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the session is postponed, participants will be notified promptly and offered the option to attend the rescheduled class or receive a full refund.

Instructor Etiquette & Course Standards: As an instructor or guest instructors, are committed to maintaining the same level of authenticity ,ethics, preparedness, and respect expected of all participants.

This includes:

  • Beginning and ending each session on time or communicating promptly if delays occur.

  • Providing accurate, up-to-date information relevant to the advertised class topic

  • Encouraging engagement while maintaining a structured and respectful environment conducive to learning.

  • Avoiding too many personal opinions, discriminatory language, or unverified information during instruction.

  • Ensuring that all teaching materials, examples, and discussions align with ethical and compliance standards.

We strive to deliver a high-quality and valuable learning experience. However, please understand that outcomes may vary depending on your level of participation, comprehension, and implementation of the material provided.

Participant Satisfaction & Refund Requests: We take participant satisfaction seriously. If you believe the class did not meet the stated objectives or your reasonable expectations, please submit your concern in writing within 24 hours of the class ending to support@ravintaughtme.com. Complaints must include specific details about the issue (e.g., missing materials, undisclosed changes, or delivery errors). General dissatisfaction or unmet personal expectations (such as financial results, client growth, or perceived value) do not qualify.

Each request will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness and consistency.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the class was canceled, the material delivered was substantially different from what was advertised, or significant technical issues on the host’s end prevented participation. Dissatisfaction based on opinion, personal disagreement, or noncompliance with attendance or engagement requirements does not qualify for a refund.
