Live Course Policy

This Live Course Policy explains the terms and conditions for enrolling in any live class, workshop, or training hosted by RavinTaughtMe. By purchasing and participating in a class, you agree to the following:

Course Access & Delivery: Live classes are delivered virtually via Zoom or another online platform. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as an instant download file. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the zoom registration link.

Each registration is for one individual. Sharing access links, logins, or materials with others is strictly prohibited. If replay access is included, all replays can be watched for a period of 60 days (unless individually stated in the course description page on the site) before the replay expires. It is your responsibility to watch before the period. If no replay is offered (it will be stated in the course description page) it is your responsibility to attend live.

Payments & Fees: Full payment is required before access to the class is provided - no exceptions. Payments are non-transferable and tied to the email/name used during registration.

Refunds & Cancellations: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for live courses. Please only purchase if you have a genuine interest in taking the course material. As a host, we reserve the right to reschedule class for a total amount of (2) times. If the class is rescheduled and still does not happen after the 2nd reschedule, all participants will be granted a full refund. 

Rescheduling & Replay: If replays are included, they will be available for a limited time of 60 days (or the date on the course description at purchase) and cannot be downloaded only watched/streamed with the link provided.
If no replay is offered, no additional accommodations will be made. Rescheduling of live sessions will be communicated via email no later than 15 minutes before the start of the class.

Participant Conduct: Respectful participation is required at all times.Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward the host or other participants will result in removal without refund.Participants are expected to keep chat and discussions relevant to the course topic. No use of AI tools (recorders, summarizers, or note-taking apps) is permitted during live sessions. Recording of live classes/Zoom sessions is strictly prohibited. Screenshots, screen recordings, or any form of reproduction of the class without permission are not allowed.

Intellectual Property: All course content, including slides, recordings, and materials, is the sole property of RavinTaughtMe. Content may not be copied, recorded, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission. Unauthorized distribution of content may result in legal action.

Technology Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet, a working device, and the necessary apps to access the class. The host is not responsible for issues caused by participant technology, connectivity, or software failures.


Disclaimers: Classes are for educational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding financial results, business growth, or client outcomes. 

Limitation of Liability: The host is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the course. Liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid by the participant for the class.
Policy Updates: This policy may be updated at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Course Satisfaction: Our goal is to provide high-quality, practical training and resources that align with the course description and objectives. Every course is carefully designed to meet the objectives outlined in the class description, so you can feel confident that you’ll receive the knowledge and resources promised. Satisfaction is measured by the delivery of the promised content, materials, and instruction — not by individual outcomes such as personal results, income earned, or client growth.

While we strive to provide actionable strategies and clear instruction, results will vary based on each participant’s effort, application, and circumstances. By enrolling, you acknowledge that satisfaction is tied to the quality of instruction and materials provided, not to specific business, financial, or personal outcomes. 

Complaints & Grievances: If you believe the course did not provide the content or instruction as described, you must submit a written complaint within 7 calendar days of the live session or your replay access.

Complaints must include specific details about the issue (e.g., missing materials, undisclosed changes, or delivery errors). General dissatisfaction or unmet personal expectations (such as financial results, client growth, or perceived value) do not qualify.

We will review all complaints in good faith and respond within 3 business days. If a complaint is validated, the resolution may include correction of the issue, additional access to materials, or a partial/full credit toward a future course, at our discretion.


Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if the course was not delivered in alignment with the description provided at the time of purchase.

Agreement to Terms: By purchasing access to any live course, workshop, or training offered by RavinTaughtMe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Live Course Policy, including all terms and conditions listed above. Your purchase serves as your binding acceptance of these policies.
