BLACK FRIDAY CYBER MONDAY (BFCM) 2025 POLICY

POLICY LAST UPDATED: NOVEMBER 26, 2025 AND WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL REMOVED.

NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS PURCHASED DURING BFCM

All sales made through Ravin Taught Me during Black Friday/ Cyber Monday and other promotional periods are final. Many of our offers are flash sales, which means prices are deeply discounted for a limited time and available only while supplies or spots last. Because of this, it’s your responsibility to review your order carefully and complete your due diligence before purchasing.

Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstance. This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Instant digital downloads (ebooks, templates, guides, toolkits, etc.)

  • Upcoming live or virtual classes where the Zoom link or access is instantly delivered at checkout via email

  • Courses, memberships, or replays where login or access information is provided immediately after purchase

  • Bundles, discounted offers, or promotional deals

Digital access is considered “delivered” once the file, login credentials, or Zoom link has been sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please confirm your email address is correct and that you have the ability to open or store digital files before purchasing.

All items are clearly described, and it’s the buyer’s responsibility to read each product description carefully, including what’s included, the delivery method, and any licensing terms if applicable.

DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE

MAJORITY of Ravin Taught Me products are digital, meaning access is delivered electronically through download links, emails, or course logins immediately after purchase (unless otherwise stated). Because delivery is automated, it is your responsibility to enter your correct email address at checkout.

If you misspell or use the wrong email address, you must contact support@ravintaughtme.com to request assistance. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING BFCM WEEKEND

During Black Friday–Cyber Monday (BFCM) weekend, please note that response times may be delayed up to 48 hours due to high order volume. Our customer service team will respond within that timeframe in the order messages are received.

We do not provide customer service in social media comments, DMs, or any public platforms. All support inquiries must go through our official support email only.

Customer support is not instantaneous. Sending multiple emails, commenting on posts, or creating public threads will not accelerate your response time. We ask that all customers allow the full response window for our team to reply professionally.

Any customer who engages in rude, aggressive, overzealous, or disrespectful communication toward our staff or brand will be refunded (if applicable) and permanently blocked from future purchases or participation in any Ravin Taught Me program, membership, or event.

DISOUNTS & COUPON CODES

All pricing, discounts, and coupon codes featured during Ravin Taught Me promotions—including Black Friday and Cyber Monday—are clearly displayed at checkout. It is your responsibility to review all pricing, totals, and coupon code entries before clicking “Purchase” or “Place Order.”

Some coupon codes and promotions are limited-time or limited-quantity offers. Once a code expires or the allotted number of uses is reached, EVEN IF IT IS IN YOUR CART the discount will no longer apply. If your coupon code does not reflect correctly at checkout, it means the code is invalid, expired, or fully redeemed. The system will never charge you a full price if the code has been successfully applied. 

We do not issue refunds for missed or failed coupon applications. If a code didn’t apply and you completed checkout, you have agreed to pay the full price displayed at the time of purchase.

In rare cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion and only on a case-by-case basis, but this is not guaranteed. Store credits, when granted, will be valid for future digital product purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD DIGITAL PRODUCTS

After your purchase from Ravin Taught Me, you’ll receive instant access to your digital products via a download link, email, or member portal login. Please double-check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see your confirmation email within a few minutes from FILEMONK. Starting November 1, all of our new digital products will be on that platform. You also may receive a 3rd email saying “Your files are ready” from Instant Downloads powered by Shopify. Either way, your products have a digital download.

All products will have a delivery window for you to download your products and for use.

It is your responsibility to download, save, and securely store your products once access is granted. Ravin Taught Me is not responsible for lost, deleted, or expired links once the delivery window has passed and it will be listed on every individual product. You will have to purchase it again if you would like it after the download link has expired.

If you experience issues accessing your order, you must contact support@ravintaughtme.com within 7 days of purchase. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee access restoration or replacement files.

AFFILIATE & COMMISSION PRODUCTS 

Some links, products, or services promoted through Ravin Taught Me are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through those links. This commission comes at no additional cost to you and helps support the creation of more educational tools, resources, and training for our community.

We only promote products, software, or services that we have personally used, tested, or believe will benefit our audience of business owners, tax professionals, and digital creators.

While we do our best to recommend reliable resources, Ravin Taught Me is not responsible for the performance, fulfillment, or customer service of any third-party products or platforms linked through our website, courses, or digital materials.

By purchasing through any affiliate links provided, you acknowledge that you are entering into a direct relationship with that third-party company and agree to review their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies prior to purchase.

SERVICES & BUILDOUTS POLICY

Certain offers sold through Ravin Taught Me during Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM) are classified as services, not instant digital products. These include, but are not limited to, custom buildouts, workflow setups, funnel creation, branding, and other done-for-you (DFY) projects.

Because of the high demand and deeply discounted pricing during this period, PLEASE BE PAYMENT AND ONBOARDING READY. A strict onboarding and processing timelines apply:

  1. 48-Hour Onboarding Requirement: Once your order is placed, you have 48 hours to complete the required onboarding forms, questionnaires, or intake steps. Failure to complete onboarding within this timeframe your order will be placed out of queue. 

  2. Reinstatement Fee: If your order is removed from the queue due to missed onboarding, you must pay a one-time reinstatement fee of $99-$150 for your project (depending on the product) to be added back into processing. This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs associated with reactivating your service.

  3. Abandoned Orders: Any service order left incomplete after 7 business days with no communication, onboarding, or payment completion will be considered abandoned with no refund.

  4. Turnaround Time: Due to BFCM order volume, all service-based projects are subject to a 14 business day turnaround window from the date of successful onboarding, not from the purchase date.

  5. Rush Fee: You can pay a rush fee to have your orders completed by adding it on to any product of $150 at the time of checkout or before onboarding.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT 

By completing a purchase with Ravin Taught Me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above, including those related to digital product delivery, refund policies, coupon codes, service timelines, and support expectations.

You also understand that:

  • All digital products, downloads, courses, and classes are non-refundable and delivered electronically upon payment.

  • All service-based orders placed during Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM) require prompt onboarding and may take up to 14 business days for completion due to increased demand.

  • It is your responsibility to enter accurate information, review your order before checkout, and communicate respectfully and professionally with our support team through the official email channel at support@ravintaughtme.com.
    Ravin Taught Me reserves the right to refuse service, revoke access, or block customers who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
